One great way to get the word out about your website, while meeting new business contacts, is to join discussion forums. Most forums will allow you to include a short signature at the end of each message you post, and your signature is a great place to promote your website URL.

Remember, the more forums you join, and the more messages you post, the more people you will get to know, and the more visitors you'll get. Because of this, it is a good idea to join as many forums as possible and participate actively in discussion.
